So I emailed my dealer last week to check on the status of my X738 and he replied back "I checked with John Deere Inventory and your tractor is still scheduled for the 1st of May delivery".

Is there such a place? I know the 700series tractors are made in Wisconsin and from there do they go to this John Deere Inventory place? Where is it?

When I bought my new Ford Ranger pickup I was given a "build date" and new exactly when my truck was scheduled to arrive at my Ford dealer. Doesn't similar exist for John Deere?

Obviously I'm having a hard time waiting, and don't understand the long delay in my 738 getting here. Is the john deere factory in full swing production? I tried googling such to no avail.
