Alright everyone,
Basically wanted to make an account and start a few threads on the topic of travelling/working and training. Started a new job this year where I'm away Monday to Friday with limited gym access, especially with the obvious going on.
I see a lot of other workers about doing the same thing, stuck in hotels and limited to take aways/ supermarket quick buys and potentially no gym access.
Things I'd like to discuss with people are:
Diet whilst on the move
Simple meal prep and macros.
Training without gym access, what your solutions/programs are? Eg Olympic rings, kettlebells, rep ranges, training targets
Hotel room/back of the van cooking ideas
There's more I'd like to discuss on this topic but that may be another thread, if there is already threads on this please point me in the right direction.
I'll be adding my current training plan, macros/meals and situation later on.
