Server inaccessible Options

Hello,

Seems the server is down/unresponsive alot today. It also says I've used up all of my daily searches (600)
in less then 2 hours, Wich clealy isn't correct.

Anybody having the same issues? I'm paying for the software (tournament shark+topshark pro+holdem profiler).

I love the software, but I will not be paying anymore for software that is unreliable.

Please give me more information.
