Please assist with the following issue:
Super HUD is working perfectly for Holdem Profiler and Tournament Shark, but when it comes to Poker Calculator - it always shows "?" for current hand, at the same time it properly calculates pot odds. I've tried several themes including classic theme, all table sizes including Ctrl-B, tried English and Russian, with all dealer messages on and Standard deck - nothing helps. Moreover, it is the same on two different PCs (under admin user): XP (IE7) and Vista (all recent updates installed, including IE) - everything is fine but it does not detect my hand.
What did I miss and how do I fix it?
Thank you!

Please enable the Hand History option in your poker client. Here is the link: http://www.pokerstars.co...r/room/support/faq/#hand

It is (and was) on. It just puts the hand into the history only after the hand has been played. Holdem Profiler is working quite fine. And it indicates the opponent's (and my) hands after a showdown. It just doesn't detect my hand before the hand is over Thanks!

The problem is related to RSA dongle. For the moment the only solution is to disable it through PokerStars account security settings. Hopefully there will be a fix arranged. Currently I disable the dongle when I log on and enable it before logging off.
