For the second month is not going to statistics on FTP

FT has made significant changes to its client which affected our data gathering engine.
We've been working on modifying our engine and are close to releasing a new version of it soon.

any update on this issue? Problem has been existant since around Feb 14th..
love love love the product and would like to see it working properly as it is a major component of my table selection and strategy.

This is unacceptable almost 2 months with no update on FTP. Fix it, or admit you can't fix it and that you no longer are compatible with FTP and issue some sort of refund. The product is quickly becoming useless.

As many of you already know FT has made a conscientious decision to block certain sites from gathering tournament data from their site. Our numerous attempts to get some soft of clarification from FT regarding new policy and compliance rules has been met with silence.
In the meantime we have continued to work diligently on further adjusting our data gathering engine to get around blocks erected by FT. That process proved to be challenging and time consuming.
While we don’t have an exact date as to when full coverage will be restored we are planning to resume partial coverage over the weekend/early next week or have full coverage later this month.
We appreciate your patience and would like to assure you that restoring FT coverage is our top priority.

So any more news on the FTP situation?....kinda anoyng that the product i bought only works well for half my games even though I was made to believe it will work on all of them...

OK you tracked games for about 2 days then went dead again. I don't understand how Sharkscope is still up to date but your not. I am personally off by over 1000 games SnGs  . I assume the app is dead for FTP. You need to take it off the list.

Do you have any update on FTP. It is 4.5 months (with short pauses within) since you are not tracking anymore FTP

Regrettably our numerous attempts to restore FT coverage have been intentionally thwarted by Full Tilt without any coherent explanation from FT.
We will update our users once we restore FT coverage.
