Hello,
I have a one year license for holdem profiler, but it gets stuck every day..why is it happening?? I am playing 4 tables at once and it skip's sometimes like 100 hands to refresh. I checked the connection, is good and my win7 keep's telling me "server is inaccessable". Where is the problem??
IT REALLY SUCKS, WHEN YOU PAY FOR STH THAT DOES NOT WORK !!!

every day the same..actually is server is "inaccessible" (made a spelling mistake)

hi guys,
I figured how to speed up refresh rate and know I am not the only one so: I have more than 40k hands and I figured it's me, who slow's down the refresh, so if you check the box this level only stats in hud settings, it should speed up the proces i have now some over 10k and it refreses almost every hand
