Can you please email support and let them know what stakes you're playing and whether you're using any table filters

The table search usually fails for 3 reasons:
1. You don't have the Classic View in the lobby
2. You have table filters set up preventing SB from finding it.
3. The table/game was broken up and players were moved before SB found the table.

1. I have classic.
2. I know about this ...
3. Not broken, i always can find players through pokerstars FIND...

And connect through SB takes much time... And if player is online SB tells about that after 5 or 10 seconds, when tables are already full. And can you programmers do that, if player join to table I could automatically join to it?

Will be these problems fixed? Is somebody working on it ?
Sorry for my english.

Please restart SB to update it and try to open a table again.

lol )))) your update did nothing good, but searching speed is much longer than it was...
Pokerstars FIND PLAYER is much much muuuuch faster than your program, maybe your programmers can do something like that?

PokerStars pulls data from their own database whereas we extract data from their interface.
That's why, depending on your internet connection, the number of buddies in your list and the total number of players online at the moment, you will experience a delay of several seconds.

Please make sure you are using version 7 of PS.com client. You should restart PS client and Smart Buddy after each PS client update.
