When I try to log on to TS leap out the message: "Poker Pro Labs server is Inaccessible". When I close the window the program opens normally, but can not login "login faild". The program had operated normally.

I reinstalled TS, but I forgot my password and my ID. Therefore, the matter became even more complicated.
Recently extended the license and although the money spent, I can not use the software. That makes me tilt at.

Of course I wrote to technical support, but got no response.
