Super Hud stucks @ counted hands Options

Hi there since a few days my Super Hud doesnt count my own or opponents Hands correctly is simply stucks.Any idea how to fix?

Are you sure that you set HH folder coddectly?

im having the same problem. Not only does tournament shark not work properly when I play stts, holdem profiler shows me as never winning a game. says I have 100% loss and its been that way since I paid for the supscription months ago. Now all the stats on my hud and on the website have been stuck on dec 31st.

Definitely feeling like im not getting what I paid for. Shouldn't be that hard to figure out wht settings to manipulate. ive tried them all. also check faq with no luck.

hi victor why can you not explain on here wot is happening?as i cannot get anyones played tournaments since 31/12/14,i do not have skype,so i would appreciate an answer

What poker network? What product? 2015 year is available in all product. Do you have Team Viewer to show this issue? I can't resolve issue if I don't see it. Screenshot?
