I have contacted support by email 3 times about this but have had no answer so im trying here.
I am currently being charged 4 times a month for Top Shark Pro but not getting ANY searches, this seems like a VERY bad deal to me. Can someone please contact me about sorting this out please.

This problem was sorted within an hour of my post, with a satasfactory outcome and an Apology.
